1. How much is a Museum Madness birthday
party?
The rental fee for the party room is $225 (Members) or $250 (Non-members) for the first 16 guests
(children only, adults and children under 18 months are free) and
$10 for any additional guests. No more than 45 people total in
the party room.
2. What does the Museum provide?
The Museum will provide 2 party staff, popcorn, and individual ice
cream cups (½ vanilla ½ chocolate), draw-on-me tablecloths and crayons,
the use of a private room for one hour, and unlimited exploration
time in the museum until closing. The birthday child also receives
a free museum t-shirt.
3. What should the family expect to provide?
The family is responsible for bringing the cake or cupcakes, beverages,
and paper goods.
4. Is other food allowed?
Yes, feel free to provide any type of food you would like to bring
such as additional snacks or sandwiches. We will be checking with
you the 1-2 days before the party to see if you would like us to order
pizza on your behalf.
5. How does it work if I decide to order
pizza?
When we contact you, we will ask for a final count of expected guests
and whether you wish to order pizza. If you do elect to order pizza
we will take the order and call it in for you. When the pizza arrives
on the day of the party it is your responsibility to pay the delivery
person directly. This charge is separate from the party fees. You
may also choose to order the pizza yourself for delivery from another
restaurant or to bring it with you.
6. When should the family arrive?
15 -20 minutes prior to the start of your party. Please do not arrive
before this time because your party room may still be in use.
7. Can we bring other decorations or balloons?
Yes, you may bring additional decorations or balloons but for safety
reasons, balloons are only allowed in the party room and soda fountain
areas.
8. Can the parents drop their children off to
attend the party alone?
We recommend that you include on your invitations a notice that all
children must be accompanied by an adult. We do allow for a four children
to one adult ratio but it is your responsibility to monitor your guests
and provide your own supervision.
9. When and how do we pay for the party?
The party leader will speak to you about payment when you are ready
to leave the party room to play in the museum. Settlement is done
at this time because we base the total amount on the number of guests
attending the party. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and Visa
or MasterCard. Please make checks payable to The Imagine Nation Museum.
10. Is tipping allowed?
Tipping is not necessary but is always appreciated. If you feel that
the party staff are deserving of a tip, please direct said appreciation
to the party leader.
11. Are there any accommodations made for children who cannot eat
ice cream?
Yes, we are happy to provide Italian ices for any children who are
unable to eat ice cream. Please inform the party coordinator when
you book your party.
Other useful tips and Information:
- Food, drinks, and balloons must be kept in the party room, they
are not allowed in the exhibit areas.
- Children must wear socks when using the Nature Play Structure
Exhibit.
- Please encourage your guests to wear socks. Shoes are required
for the climbing wall.
- Please remember Imagine Nation Museum is open to the public.
- There is absolutely no smoking or alcohol allowed on the premises.
- There is no running allowed in the museum.

Included in all soda fountain parties are ice cream, toppings, bowls,
spoons, tablecloths, one staff member, and unlimited exploration time
in the museum until closing.
