2. What does the Museum provide?
The Museum will provide 2 party staff, popcorn, and individual ice cream cups (½ vanilla ½ chocolate), draw-on-me tablecloths and crayons, the use of a private room for one hour, and unlimited exploration time in the museum until closing. The birthday child also receives a free museum t-shirt.

3. What should the family expect to provide?
The family is responsible for bringing the cake or cupcakes, beverages, and paper goods.

4. Is other food allowed?
Yes, feel free to provide any type of food you would like to bring such as additional snacks or sandwiches. We will be checking with you the 1-2 days before the party to see if you would like us to order pizza on your behalf.

5. How does it work if I decide to order pizza?
When we contact you, we will ask for a final count of expected guests and whether you wish to order pizza. If you do elect to order pizza we will take the order and call it in for you. When the pizza arrives on the day of the party it is your responsibility to pay the delivery person directly. This charge is separate from the party fees. You may also choose to order the pizza yourself for delivery from another restaurant or to bring it with you.

6. When should the family arrive?
15 -20 minutes prior to the start of your party. Please do not arrive before this time because your party room may still be in use.

Yes, you may bring additional decorations or balloons but for safety reasons, balloons are only allowed in the party room and soda fountain areas.

8. Can the parents drop their children off to attend the party alone?

We recommend that you include on your invitations a notice that all children must be accompanied by an adult. We do allow for a four children to one adult ratio but it is your responsibility to monitor your guests and provide your own supervision.

9. When and how do we pay for the party?

The party leader will speak to you about payment when you are ready to leave the party room to play in the museum. Settlement is done at this time because we base the total amount on the number of guests attending the party. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and Visa or MasterCard. Please make checks payable to The Imagine Nation Museum.
