Thursday, Feb. 11 : Teddy Bear Tea Party
Little ladies and young men are encouraged to dress their best for this special tea party from 11 am-12:30 pm. Come celebrate the ones you love, meet new friends and create heartfelt crafts. Our delightful menu includes: tea & punch, tasty finger sandwiches and cookies. $12/person members; $15/person non-members, includes museum admission. Pre-registration required. Call 860-314-1400. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

February 15-19 : February Vacation Week!
Everyday from 9:30 - 5:00 pm. All activities are free with museum admission of $7/person. Children under 1 are free.

MONDAY : Presidents' Day
In our salute to the presidents, kids will have a great time making art creations based upon the popular presidents George Washington and Old Abe.



TUESDAY : Mardi Gras
Kids will create tissue paper flowers and Mardi Gras masks. Then help build our Imagine Nation float and participate in a celebratory parade at 1pm.

WEDNESDAY : Kids' Dental Day
In honor or National Dental Health Month meet a dental hygienist from Kids Dental Care and the Tooth Fairy. Learn all about dental health and enjoy crafts, including toothbrush painting and making tooth fairy pouches! 12-5pm.



THURSDAY : Black History
In celebration of Black History Month, join Team ESPN, as Jay Harris, ESPN Sports Center anchor, reads "Sojourner Truth's Step-Stomp Stride" by Andrea Davis Pinkney. 10-11am for ages 5-9. Music by Sinan Bakir, Solo Jazz Guitarist. 12-1pm.



FRIDAY : National Engineers Day
Children will have the opportunity to work with volunteers from GE Industrial Solutions to learn about engineering fun, and to design and construct exciting hands-on projects.10-4pm.
