Founded by the visionary teacher and humanitarian, Loris Malaguzzi, the Reggio Emilia approach refers to the philosophy of early childhood education that originated in Reggio Emilia, Italy following the destruction of World War II.

This unique approach to education begins with a particular and strong image of children, of adults, of education, and of life, and flows from a set of guiding principles. Reggio Emilia, is a town still thriving today, more than 50 years since the first gestures of rebuilding and advancing were made.

With 118 preschoolers enrolled and 8 infants/toddlers Imagine Nation continues to grow and develop!

For more than a decade, Imagine Nation A Museum Early Learning Center has been home to a high quality, NAEYC (National Association of Young Children) accredited School Readiness infant and toddler program. Our highly skilled teachers hold Bachelor’s degrees in education and our assistant teachers have at least an Associate’s degrees in education. Our program has an excellent teacher to child ratio of 1:7 in preschool and 1:3 in the mixed age classroom.

We strive to provide our children and families with the highest quality, authentic, hands-on, fun and exciting learning experience found anywhere! Our goal is to help children develop a lifelong love of learning to benefit the child in kindergarten and beyond.
