Field Work Experiences

Field Trips Re-Imagined: Build Your Own Field Work Experience!
Field Work Experiences provide the opportunity to enhance any classrooms course of study and gives the teacher another avenue of learning. If your classroom is studying something specific, perhaps the lifecycle of a bee, forms of matter, animals, or types of energy, Imagine Nation is a great place to conduct some field work! It may include experiments, creating slides for magnified study, animal handling and feeding, or scientific drawings. The experience is tailored to your topic of study and the age of your classroom students. Call and talk to either Stephanie (ext 102) or Karen (ext 167) for more information or to book your Field Work Experience!
All Field Work Experiences ($375) include:
  • Up to 25 student maximum
  • Up to 3 hour duration
  • Pre-lesson and post-lesson options.
  • 30 minutes in the Kinetic Studio (blue block building studio)
  • Popcorn and the café area for lunch or snack
  • All workshops are designed around the CT-ELDS, Next Generation Science Standards, and National Common Core State Standards and meet curriculum standards across all domains.
